The Green Ringer was one of the first guitar pedals I ever built. It's simplicity and lack of controls made it a good first project. All parts were purchased as a kit from General Guitar Gadgets who provides many excellent pcb's and kits for guitar pedals. This pedal produces a robotic, discordant, slightly ring modulator-ish sound. It sounds great on weird leads and tappy parts.
